It’s #WeddingWednesday and this equine wedding in Maryland will have you ooh-ing and ah-ing!

JD and Becky hosted their wedding on their property in Maryland this past Saturday. Their property used to be an old campground years and years ago, so it has a beautiful pond that reflects the mountain view in the background. The leaves are being a tad stubborn this year with all of the rain we have had, but luckily at sunset the golden rays magnified the color so we were able to drive back down to the pond for extra portraits!

The top priority of the day (besides marrying her best friend) was having portraits with the horses and her dogs. The horses cooperated like normal, and the dogs… well they made their debut in a few photos too… when they wanted to that is 😉

The two said their vows in front of family and friends by the pond on a gazebo/dock they finished just for their ceremony. Then everyone gathered in the campground pavilion for cocktails and an amazing meal by Leiter’s Fine Catering. (Seriously, the carrot soufflé… so delicious!)

After dinner the band, What’s Next, fired up their song list, and they had the dance floor rocking! They are voted Baltimore’s Best Band 5 years running and I can see why! View a snippet of their music here
